What is the SVMCM WBMDFC Scholarship?
The SVMCM WBMDFC Scholarship is specially designed for meritorious students from minority communities to encourage them in higher education. The aim is to provide financial help on the basis of both merit and economic background.
This is different from the general SVMCM scholarship, as it is focused only on Minority Students and is processed through the Aikyashree Portal.
Eligibility Criteria (Who Can Apply?)

- Must be a permanent resident (domicile) of West Bengal.
- Must have passed the previous qualifying examination in 2025 from any recognized Board/Council/University of West Bengal.
- Must continue study in West Bengal (Regular mode only).
- Must belong to Minority Community (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsee).
- Annual Family Income must not exceed Rs. 2.5 Lakh.
