According to the new rules of Bikash Bhavan, the money of the scholarship can be spent only in the education purpose and for this, the Utilization certificate and signature deposit at the time of renewal has been introduced. So students are asked to spend the scholarship money only in proper areas like tuition fess, Books and Hostels.

What to do who have not received the money after receiving the SMS?
It may take up to 48 hours for the money to enter the bank account after receiving the SMS on the mobile phone, although the money is immediately deposited in the bank. If in doubt, students can go to the bank to check their passbook and all their bank accounts are active .
When will the next fund be released? (SVMCM Next Fund)
As the disbursement has just started by Bikash Bhavan and this process will continue for two to three days. The next fund is expected to be released by the end of January or the first week of February .
