Tata Steel & Company has again launched a new scholarship scheme for meritorious and low-income students. The name of this scholarship is “TSDPL Silver Jubilee Scholarship 2023-24”. Through this scholarship, a scholarship of up to 1 lakh rupees will be provided every year.

Who can apply for this scholarship?
1. Applicant should be a resident of the following states – Jamshedpur, Kalinganagar, Pantnagar, Faridabad, Pune, Chennai, TADA and Kolkata, that means West Bengal students are eligible .
2. Interested candidate must be studying at ITI / Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate level from Government recognized institutions. Only students studying from the following departments can apply.
- nursing
- Undergraduate medical courses like MBBS, BDS etc.
- Post graduate medical course in any field of specialization
- Para-Medical Course
- ITI and diploma subjects like Fitter, Electrical, Welder, Safety etc.
3. Applicants must have secured 60% marks in Secondary and Higher Secondary.
4. The annual income of the candidate should in no case be above 5 lakhs.
5. Opportunity will be given to girls, physically challenged students and students belonging to SC/ST community.
6. Preference will be given to students involved in sports and other extracurricular activities.

1. Government-issued Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/Driving License/PAN Card).
2. Proof of admission to the educational institution for the current year (Admission Receipt/Institution Identity Card/Bonafide Certificate).
