When will Vivekananda scholarship money Distributed?

I applied for the scholarship on 20th july .Also completed all kind of verification on due date .Yet in end of october i do not get get the money,on the other hand some of friends are enjoying it.So please check it out as soon as possible cause i am having money problem in study
